Quality Audits and Controlled Shipments
Every year, approximately 20 audits are conducted on our subcontractors by an independent third party, following the ISO 9001 standard for the quality management system. Subsequently, we collaborate with our partners on improvement plans.
Additionally, our shipments undergo more than 700 inspections each year, either upon departure and/or upon arrival at our warehouses. These inspections go beyond the requirements of European standards to ensure the safety of the leather used in our gloves, the quality of the zippers on our clothing, and the performance of our safety footwear.

The design teams have developed their understanding of end-user expectations through regular interaction with professional testers. They also possess expertise in various technologies used in the manufacturing process of COVERGUARD® products.
This allows us to develop a tailored and increasingly unique range of products.
Collaborative Development Programs
We initiate co-development programs with industrial partners and invest in tooling. We closely collaborate with industrial design agencies and stylists to meet safety and ergonomic needs while considering the appearance preferences of end-users, even in their workplace.
Our products are tested and certified by world-renowned laboratories (CTC, SATRA, INSPEC, BSI, INTERTEK, SGS, CRITT, ALIENOR, ...).
